[CQ] MX2610 poor Cyan quality

Been working on a 2610 where the print/copy quality is poor mainly due to the cyan being light/washed out. Replaced cyan Dev/drum/charge, set it all up and bingo it was all fine. 3 days later it was back to being light/washed out. If you do a 64/5 test page the black/magenta/yellow are all full bright colours but the cyan is washed out?

I've vacuumed and cleaned the back
of the machine, drum/Dev contacts. ID sensors but the problem persists.

Any thoughts??

I'd try the developer unit as a whole.
