Company is thinking about taking on the xerox line... thoughts??

The company I work for is thinking about taking on some xerox products, anything we should stay away from? What devices should we stay away from? Looking for input from multi-line dealers.

IMHO.. and I have been working on them for over 2 decades.. they are shit. The smaller color units are using Samsuck engines .. tech support has gone WAY down and the website you have to login at least once a month to keep your account active.

We have just taken on the Xerox line and I am having a tough time with some issues. I have not gotten a grasp on their manuals or bulletins. I started on Sharps and bias towards Sharps, but I do not remember having this amount of difficulties with other brands like Panasonic, Kyocera and Konica.

Got a Client that Works for a large College in Connecticut. I deal with his church, the College Deals with Xerox. The Machines Never Work Right. When they had issues a few years ago - they went real cheap when making the machine. Hell, when they made a good machine years ago, they remanufactured what they had and sold it as new. But at least it was a good machine.

Today's Copier, Not So Much. Stay away from it. If you want, look at there sister company that makes the Printers - not suggesting to sell a printer in place of a Copier, but if you are going to purchase for resale a Xerox, that would be the only Xerox product I'd consider. But not the small MFP's - just the printers.

          Hope that helps.

Thanks for everyone's input. It just confirmed my initial thoughts on the demo of the product.
