The company I work for is thinking about taking on some xerox products, anything we should stay away from? What devices should we stay away from? Looking for input from multi-line dealers.

IMHO.. and I have been working on them for over 2 decades.. they are shit. The smaller color units are using Samsuck engines .. tech support has gone WAY down and the website you have to login at least once a month to keep your account active. -

We have just taken on the Xerox line and I am having a tough time with some issues. I have not gotten a grasp on their manuals or bulletins. I started on Sharps and bias towards Sharps, but I do not remember having this amount of difficulties with other brands like Panasonic, Kyocera and Konica.Comment

Today's Copier, Not So Much. Stay away from it. If you want, look at there sister company that makes the Printers - not suggesting to sell a printer in place of a Copier, but if you are going to purchase for resale a Xerox, that would be the only Xerox product I'd consider. But not the small MFP's - just the printers.
Hope that helps.Comment
