    Help with code MX-4141N

I don't know why I can never find what I am looking for in the manual. I am getting a message that says Maintenance Code TA. I thinks it's the Transfer belt but not sure. If it is, what needs to be done and if you have the part numbers I would appreciate it. I am more a Canon guy but I have a customer that has 6 Canons and 2 Sharp 4141. It has 431K on it.

TA stands for the replacement timing of the fusing cleaning
roller, the filter and PS paper dust removal cleaner. there are
usually more codes also involved and they should show up on the machine.

It's in the service manual. "Display of maintenance execution timing". Section 9 - 2.

Basically, it's DK and VK combined. Needs the new black kit.

        Developer, drum, blade, and charger.

        Drum: mx31nrsa
        Kit: mx510mk
        Dev: mx51nvba

        Reset codes in sim 24.

        Good luck.

          Fusing cleaning would be FK3.

But I agree, he should check for other codes in MFP status.

If you have access to the copier you can print out a sim 22-6. On the first page will be the sim 22-13 info. This will also give the percentage of life use.
