Sharp MX-M453N email scanning question

We are scanning to email a high volume of documents and when we have a document feed jam the file sends and we don't want it to because obviously it's incomplete. Is there a setting we can change or a work around we can do so the transmission doesn't take place until we are done scanning? Thanks!
And yes, I am a technician, I'm just not finding the answer fast enough on this one.

Try this, under condition settings of scan mode there should be the job build feature if I am not mistaken. you can use that as sort of a preview while your documents are scanning In. Also if Im not mistaken when the doc feeder jams it should be a block on the screen to yes or no continue your job.
