SHARP MX-M565N, Crumpled paper every time you print or copy (2 sided).

Every time i want to print or copy with 2 sided, it's always crumpled output. I changed the consumable parts (drum, main charger kit, web cleaning kit, heat and pressure rollers) but still the problem occurs.
What seems to be the problem?

Have you tried fresh paper? Most wrinkling problems on two-sided are associated with high moisture level in the paper. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

you never said WHERE is was crumpling the paper only when you do two sided... why change out all those parts if it wasn't doing it on single side? you should have gone right to the parts for duplexing the job.

Yeah, what jam code is showing; I have seen the duplex motor reverse on occasion, giving a DPPD1 jam, maybe yours is not turning at all.

the fuser entrance guides may be built-up with toner...that will cause wrinkles in the copy...

he still hasn't replied as to WHERE it is jamming .. only when doing 2 side.. said he changed hot + pressure rollers.. I hope when someone does that they inspect the guides and rest of fuser for issues.

Have you solved this? I am having this trouble on two machines. When it jams it will be in the fuser rear transport guide. It will make a wavy copy when doing letter copy but jam on letter R or legal. I have ordered the guides and roller since the part numbers have changed, but have not installed them yet.

if it makes the first side but jams on the 2nd side when using 8 1/2 x 11R or legal, it is probably a switch or sensor in the ADU...or some sort of condition that slows the paper down...or a dirty fuser...
