It has to do with your toner developer probably being old as well as the drum. Hope you didnt pay anything for it because you are going to spend way too much money fixing it. do yourself a favor and throw it in the dumpster if you have a few people to help you get it in. You will be lots of dollars ahead. -
I couldn't agree with lakeman more. This machine is just too old to get replacement..... well, replacement anything. No parts. And developer has a shelf life. Even if you found an unused ("new") bag of developer it would be 15 years old. Save yourself some heartache and dump it now. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

An F2-00 Error the Toner Sensor is out of range. Check if the sensor is connected ok. You can also check if the developer unit rollers turn smoothly and the toner hopper is not clogged. You can also run sim 25 02 and see what the dev toner ratio is.
Run the Sim using buttons C - int - 0 - int code 25 enter code 02.
The 2052 can be an ok machine even though it is old and not digital.
It is a good thing we don't treat people like we treat technology, oh wait we do....Sorry about the rest home Gramps, you're just sooo old.
