    ar 5316

    toner drops at the point where recycling from drum unit to dev unit.
    I checked toner and i noticed that there is too much toner at this point. Like it doesn't distribute toner evently in toner bottle.
    It happens with every toner bottle.

      Old machine...
      If it's the machine I'm thinking of, the glue on mylar near the dev roller lets go and lifts toner out of the dev unit.

      Don't know if I've help you or not....

          From what you're describing it sounds as though the developer is dead. Can you even get developer for a 5316? I doubt it. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              I have replaced developer 3 months ago and since machine made about 6k copies.

                  This machine doesn't recycles toner, the used toner goes to a waste reservoir in the toner cart.
                  the waste must be full by now and toner is scattering out.

                  Or

                  check in the drum unit the used toner paddle (conveyance shaft) at the very end there must be a
                  foam ring, by the time this thing has worked it won't be surprise that this foam has disappeared
                  and now you have toner leaks at this point.
