[CQ] MX3060 - Blurred edge on halftone

I've just set-up a brand new MX3060 in the workshop.

But I've noticed a slightly thicker band and slight blurring on the leading edge of solid half tones / grey areas.

I've followed the install procedure and done the manual LSU skew adjustment (55-20) and C M Y all report as OK.

    Any ideas?

It looks like a drum phase / jitter problem to me, but I don't know too much about Sharp adjustments.

System Settings > Device Control : set paper weight to 23lb-28lb.
I do these on all Sharps.

I have pulled one of those out of the box and the transfer belt was sliding on the drive roller instead of gripping it. I would check that out. Sharp actually replaced the transfer unit for us but you may be able to get it to work by taking it apart and cleaning the rollers. We just didn't want to take any chances with a new customer.
