[Dead] MX2310U pulls Developer

Hey Guys!
I have an 2310U that pulls Developer out of all Colors. DV Cartriges are emty. Wast Toner Tank is full.
On Prints you can feel the Developer Dust also.
Month ago i had the same Issue on this Mashine. Changed MC Kits and Developer so all was fine.
After about 40000 Pages the Eroor is back.
So anybody can tell me what is to do?

Had this issue with just pulling the yellow developer and sharp recommended changing the yellow developer unit, and if that did not work the next solution would be the High voltage MC PWB that generates the bias for the developer unit.

Hello! Thank you for your fast answer ... Since all four units make the mistake it seems very likely that the PWB is broken!
Is ther a bulletin about that failure?
Can you tell me the correct Part Number?
