we had the same jam code on a mx-m264 the other day... it ended up being a failing sd card, we replaced it with a new one and all is working fine now. We have had many sd card failures on this series of machine but this was the first time we had one partially fail. It would make 4 or less copies no problem but if you made 5 it would spit out 4 like normal then sit there and think about the last one for about a min. then show a jam with the PRI_JAM code. I hope this helps

sooo many SD card failures, we have just been rewriting them with HDD-GURU its a great way to save money not buying sharp SD cards for $100 a piece. I was happy to learn they did away with the SD cards and replaced them with Msata cards. the Msata cards are doing the same thing however. I guess I wont be surprised if this machine fails to boot soon.
If this code shows when printing, it is a driver issue. Clear out your print memory (I think it's 67-14 or 17); reseat memories and verify if the 'jam' code shows during printing or copying.

for print, back up network settings under device cloning prior to clearing printer controller memory. As mentioned above, it's 67-17. It removed some settings.
Sharp hardware is weak as ****. No reason in 2017 we should be getting these logic errors. Mechanically pretty solid, although, why they change feed rollers is complete idiocy.
