there's a loud grinding sound coming from the machine. it seems as if the grinding sound is coming from the drive motor gear assy. removed the assy to ckeck for broken gears. no broken gears.
reinstalled the same assy and the grinding went away. shortly after leaving the account the grinding started again. any ideas? please help

These are the gears that usually fail. They are not very expensive. I would order the lot of them. Most are in the main drive assembly:

    (1) NGERH0019QSZZ Ratchet Gear 21T (fuser drive coupler gear)
    (1) NGERH0018QSZZ Ratchet Gear 28T
    (1) NGERH0017QSZZ Gear 33/20/15T
    (1) NGERH0540FCZ3 Heat Roller Gear 45T

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
