MXb201d jaming at paper exit

I am working on a MXB201d that is jamming almost every page and the paper is stopping just short of the exit rollers. I have cleaned all rollers and spring clutches. taken off the scanner unit and cleaned or replaced rollers and sensor. new fuser and right side door. Any thoughts?

jam codes would be helpful.. you have mentioned scanner and fuser jamming at exit.. I have to assume you mean at exit of the machine and not scanner? if so why work on the ADF/Scanner section?

Show us the 22-6.

Also, have you tried sim 6 aging to determine whether the jam is from mechanical problem or electrical problem?

on that model you have to remove scanner to get to exit rlrs and sensor is what he is saying. if it were me I would check exit sensor at the pcu pwb.

it might be a worn exit switch actuator (the one in the fuser section, on the flap of the fuser)
