Hello,

does anyone have a list of the settings you can change with SIM 55-3 or SIM 55-1?

We have some settings we got from Sharp, but the refuse to give us a full list...

What reason would you have to change these settings anyway?

We change a few things when starting up new machines...

Change % of toner left to steps of 5 in stead of 25 sent by snmp
laser shutdown after job so the machine makes less noise
enable traysettings on webpage on the new models
show job time left
and so on...

So a full list of the soft swiches would be helpfull.
Or even a partial one...
Probably there are things in there that can be very usefull.

Is it possible to get the switch that allows us to enable tray settings in the webpage? this would save us so much time.

sim55-03 sw48 set all to 0

There is not list of all the engine soft switch setting. For security reasons Sharp will not give this information out. They only give out soft switch info if it will help the machine. If you want to change the toner notifications from 25% to 5%, that is done in sim. 26-69.
