[Misc] Sharp MX M363 Install Fuser Web

i am having the hardest time installing the fuser web for this machine. I have been looking at the diagram in the reference manual and for some reason just not getting it... I am missing something real simple here but not sure what... Any pointers here would be so helpful....

Next time replace the whole web cleaning assembly, it's much easier.

You'll need to clear the maint counter in Sim 24, also.

First time it looks a bit confusing but it is very simply done and after a couple times you'll be able to replace on in 5-10 minutes. Once you get the new web in place and re attach the 2 springs on the tension rod,
advance the web by manually turning the black gear on the side, lt will only advance one way and apply a self adjusting tension the the web, do that before reinstalling.

I actually got it... I was looking at the diagram under the fuser section in the manual not where listed above... The fuser section has the diagram wrong. It was a hassle...

Here you go. Part number for web frame unit. CFRM-1425DS52.
I rebuild alot of 283,363,503 and kit comes with web and pretty easy after you have done a few.
Web frame unit not that expensive.

We keep a rebuild fuser on the shelf in our warehouse for just such an emergency!! 5 minute swap of components, reset the counters and leave the customer... Then, rebuild the fuser unit when things are quiet at the office. So much easier than trying to rebuild a unit in the field.

Why would you be changing just the web. That particular model the whole fuser should be changed at the same time as the web. If it is a matter of just rebuilding you should be changing out gears at the same time and by the time you purchase all of this it is actually cheaper to buy the new fuser. The part # is duntw8279dszz for that model. Have your boss do the math it is actually cheaper to purchase.
