Re: calibri fonts do not print job disappears
I saw something like this on an HP printer. Microsoft Office Suite 2013 had just come out and my customer had just upgraded.
They discovered that when using the default font "Calibri" several characters printed as spaces (or blank) mainly from Word, but affect the other Office applications also. It was always the same 6 or 8 characters that vanished. If you changed font to anything else, it printed fine.
Their IT clearly understood that it was a bug in Office Suite. Since it was a server based setup, their IT simply changed the default font to Arial in all Office Suite applications. I never hear another word about it. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
