I am having a problem with the pages not being jogged well enough. It misses some of the sheets when stapling. These look like a nightmare to replace and I am hoping to get some tips on what to do and what not to do when replacing them. I am going to order the two ribbed belts and the two exit rollers.

A nightmare to replace is correct. Be sure to clean all the rollers really well as this is where we have had issues before. Hopefully you can bring it into the shop as there are lots of pieces to remove to get to the rollers. -

There are 3 parts you want to order (2 of each);
0CW4141P372// - knurled belts
0CW4141P301// - exit rollers
0CW4141P007// - transport rollers
First time doing it is not fun! Make sure that you have a space that you can lay parts out as you take them off! That is the key. Once you get to the assembly that the belts reside on you want to lay the clips, idler rollers, spacers, etc. out exactly in the order you take them off! Onc eyou have rebuilt this critter (FN9) a few times it gets easier. In response to your problem, the answer would be "yes" those belts and rollers are what cause that. I have got to the point where I keep an FN9 rebuild kit in my car stock!The Moose is loose!!Comment
