MX-5070N POD3_N error

hello everybody,

We have a problem with a mx-5070 who gives pod3_n errors every +-400 pages.
the right exit unit is used and it is printed simplex.

does anyone have experience with this error?

we already changed the right exit unit, the reversing unit and shifter unit

Check the gate magnet . if it is not corect installed , the gate can be hanging .
