    MX-5070N User Count print out

    Hello,
I would like to print out a hard copy of user counts for monitoring purposes, but it seems impossible on the MX-5070N. While this is easy on the MX-4111N, MX-365N & MX-565N we have, our two 5070N do not show the full page when we try to print it! On computer screen, it's ok, but the info doesn't get to the printable part... I've tried on Firefox & Chrome, and both don't work on a PC. Here's a page preview to show you the issue:

I know you can get this information, as an Excel viewable file, but the result is cumbersome and difficult to consult (every info on each user are in ONE cell!). We'd like to monitor user count to see who uses the most services over a definite time period (6 months or one year), using this count as a starting point WITHOUT making a complete count reset. Is there a way to print this user count directly from the copier? I didn't find it in the manual, only for the total machine count...

Unfortunately, there is no PRINT option there. This is only for display.

Since nobody seems to have an idea about how to solve this minor problem, I guess I'll leave the powers that be deal with the cumbersome file themselves if they really want to extract the data...

on an mx3050, user control tab, then default settings. near bottom of default settings page is user information print. drop down tree, list of number of pages used. then print.

Nice catch! That's a well hidden feature...

It does the job, so thanks!
