    Hello
    y need your help plese.
    y have a ar-m450n that many many times when y print a documents, in pdf format, word, p.point, she don,t print all document, form exemple if the document have 30 pages, prints 20. and don,t print the others??
    and some documents don't print any page, sometimes works weell??

    y use tyhe vista, and the pcl drives for vista.

    can you help me??

    Dingo, if this has a hard drive, I'd send it as a print & hold to the HDD, then release it. Check the print queue to see how many pages it is ripping. You could also try doing a packet capture if you're up on that.
    Does this happen if you send it to any other printers ?

      Yes, y try print in another ar-m450 that is in the same network, and the problem is the same.
      Y already try change the two drives for windwos vista that are in sharp page, and incluse try whith the xp drives in vista, and the problem are the same.

      y try to whith a noobook in the network whith windows xp and this case works fine.??
      _was the windows vista??
      -was some configuration??

        y forguet say that, in the same pc and the same network, y haved ricooh aficio 7000 and works very fine, only hapened in the sharps??

          It looks like you've eliminated the machines by printing from the laptop. I'd say it's the drivers. You could try using the file2prn program. I believe that may bypass any drivers. Maybe an ethernet to parallel print server. With the .pdf files you might try printing them as an image. (under the properties tab)
