[Misc] Mx 3560v not offsetting documents when in sort mode.

Hi all.I visited this machine today where the customer said documents were not being sorted correctly. So I told them to hit the offset button. Still no joy. So I went and visited the machine and the motor will not shift the exit when offsetting . The motor (osm) has been swapped and still no shifting. I was expecting to get an error code but the motor does not even function in output check. Any ideas??

What does that bit switch do?? I have tried output check in sim 6-1 and the light just goes on and off when selected. The osm does not move . Neither does the machine give any error codes when the motor does not move. Will check that sim out.

if you have a finisher installed, you do not have a shifter motor installed.
when testing the machine without the finisher the machine would give l4-11 error, with the data 7 on 1 you can test the machine without having to install a shifter motor.

Where and how did you find out about this sim?? I have just been told by sharp technical to check this. Finger's crossed it's something as silly as this.

That bit switch sorted it so many thanks for the input, this must have come set like this from factory.
