[Jamming] mx2301n paper jam in fuser when full color print

good day!

i have one mx2301n always getting paper jam when printing full color like scanned passport or photo's, but when in black and some color with text it does not going jam.. i adjusted finger on fuser and make density lighter. still same problem.
