It seems that the paper just dies in the fuser, and no jam code, then my question is have you don a color calibration? you may have an ID sensor issue for color. You may uncover this when you do a color calibration. Let us know

Yes, done calibration with no errors. only in full color printing and copying the jam occurs. Thats why im wondering. And last week they hit the code h5-01 hehehe just resetted it. Up to now still looking for reason why it is happening.

Yep, tried the mods also. Once a week i change and check from none to full gap.

There is a mod for the rollers just above the fuser unit. Check if the gap between the rollers is not to big. Otherwise install the modification

So it it only full color and you are getting H5-01...?
If you are getting H5-01 that means it is MAKING it to the fuser, but not making it out. The full color parts indicates it is sticking in the fuser due to the large amount of toner. I have seen Sharps jam on high density due to a System Setting.
Go into admin mode, System Settings > Device Control. Scroll down and set machine to 23-28lb paper, reboot
A 2310 is one the first new generation machines and I am curious if that settings is even an options.

Finally found the real culprit on this paper jam.. thanks to all your inputs, tried everything even tried twice on some of them.

The culprit is the toner in the fuser paper entry stainless steel plate. Just cleaned it with petrol just to remove the stuck toner and all good now.

Loved all the responses endless possibilities. Simple solution. Lesson learned don't overthink it.

If the fuser rollers are in good condition, then the other 2 things I would look at is doing a color calibration( It may be putting too much toner on paper) and/or checking the fuser entrance and exit guides for toner buildup. especialy the exit guides. I had a few where there was a tiny amount of buildup on the guide. I chipped off the buildup and used small scrubbie to make sure it was smooth.

if you read the service documentation on ANY laser based life form... you will see that ALL manufactures tell you to KEEP PETROLEUM PRODUCTS ( and fumes ) away from their units.

try cleaning the plate with rubber restorer instead.
