    Unable to print meter sheet -MX-4101N

    Hey gang,

    Strange one here. I replaced an ITB Drive Gear/pin on a "new to the customer" MX 4101n to address a jam issue, and it feeds fine now, but when I try to print out a meter page, the machine locks up!!

    List Print, Network Print and copy all work fine... It's just the meter page.

    Open to suggestions.

      Very strange! Have you reloaded/updated firmware yet? Maybe corrupt firmware. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Actually I haven't. My Sharp login is broken, and nobody's fixed it yet so I can't download it. Would you have a copy of the .sfu file for the MX-4101N you could email or Dropbox to me?

                  That's fine... A friend whose login still works hooked me up with the latest/greatest version. Have to schedule the call though....not a contract customer, so they're on the hook for the bill.

                      Have also seen a full job log cause this, you can clear it manually; or with SIM62-10.
