Hi Guys,

I'm feeling rather out of my depth with a MX-4141N I'm dealing with. It's currently facing an E7-11 error. I've gone through and cleaned everything that seems to be related. When I tried running a SIM 63-2 the other day the OC completed okay but the DSPF would just throw an error. Since then I've pulled the DSPF apart and cleaned again everything that looked related and re-seated the LED bar. Now when I run a 63-2 on the DSPF it attempts and then reported incomplete. A 63-01 now reports figures up in the 800's (see attached) for the DSPF while the OC shows around 120ish. Is this normal? Is there something else I can do to help diagnose this?

Seriously feeling stumped here so any help would be super appreciated!

run 63-5 shading gamma default for both sides. This will usually fix this issue. Check that firmware is also up to date. You may have to do adjustments using color SIT chart. FYI there is also a bulletin about changes to the ccd and scanner control pwb to fix random errors like this but both must be replaced with new styles to work properly. If you need help PM me
