Have you tried the sensor over the top of the fuser? Have you run it in aging mode (with all sensors disabled)? The duplex in these is pretty simple, it should be pretty easy to figure out. Is it intermittent or does it jam every time you duplex?
      Hope that helps !

Thanks anyway, but I know about this from AR 235 model. Here I have
intermittent jams with some noise from post fusser tranport drive belt.
I allredy made some adjastment, replaced tranport motor and belt, replaced one way clutch-gear,but I still do not have normal duplex copyng (100 two-sided,2-5 jams evrytime with noise). The problem is realy big because it is on 3 mashines at the same customer.

          A silly question.....is the paper size properly identified in the machine? ie A4 or 8 1/2 x 11 ??

Have you tested the duplex clutch with Sim 9 sub 1 & 2? This should help narrow down the cause. I am assuming the noise is from the duplex clutch as the paper direction is reversed. When testing with paper, is the jammed paper showing damage like it is running into something?

Sorry eng_nsour, I do not belive that duplex forward-reverse spring on inverter transport is not OK. Did anybody ever change this spring? I hope the question is ok.
