[CQ] MX 3100 Prints color great from glass. From PC colors washed out

This MX 3100 prints great from the glass. When printing from 2 PC's (one works fine)It's printing B/W in color, it washes out the colors and it is supposed to be set as black and white. (Driver settings set for auto). I had the customer reinstall there drivers and it is still doing it.... Not even sure where to start on this. The PC that is working fine is exactly the same as the other 2...

Looks like I was off a little on my analysis. The copies from the glass are also washed out after about 40 copies. Looks like the color developer is crashing... The first 20 or so look great !!!

I recently had one of these go light and it was the secondary transfer unit.
Your problem could be dv units or high voltage problem. Try sim 7
dv disable. It might help diagnose.

Good quality on copy and bad washed one on print
make calibration 46-24 and 67-24
