What? You waited a whole 3 hours and nobody helped you yet? Maybe it was the way you asked?

Mate, if you dont know how to get into Sim, you probably shouldn't be even touching the machine in the first place. Sorry, thats just how it is buddy.

I think the signature says it all.....
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

yup i would much rather do that next time than ask a simple question ....and hope to get an answer ...which is what i would do for any of my buddies ....but hey i quess this is the copier tool board ...which is fine ...or maybe the come buy your manuals from me board like i said jackasses ...not even willing to help someone out .....nice .....oh uh hey you got a site i can go to and buy a manual ......not
