Hi, I got confussed when I bought a fusing unit AR271FU, it stated that it compatible with AR-M277 machine, but when I open the box, the fusing unit inside is totally different from the ARM277 fusing unit, did someone already tried to use this AR271FU to ARM277 machine? Thanks

My machine arm277 also came from USA and the ebay seller still insist that this is compatible heater unit for ARM277, but its totally different.

As far as I can tell, you should be able to use AR270FU, AR271FU, or AR272FU in your model AR-M277.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
