We have had several fn20 finishers when doing a saddle staple job, 1 page is sticking out more than the others, any tips on a permanent fix? We've tried cleaning the rollers, replacing the half moon roller, nothing seems to make a bit of difference.

If you can trip the door open and watch it run. I have this happen where the saddlestitch stapler spent the guides slightly out of place. If you trip the door open you can see at work I fought that problem for about a week I'm two different machine.
