AR5316 not coming up

I have this experience wt this AR 5316 that refuse to come up after a light surge burnt the power Board.After replacing the power board with a working one the copier still refuse to come up,could it be the main board or is there any other unit that may be responsible for this that I dont know.Any body got any way out.
