MX-C300W E7-11 Code

I am getting a E7-11 code as soon as the machine starts up. Thought it was white shading so I did a shading adjustment (sim 63-2) same problem so I did the sim to disable white shading (sim 7-1 item 7 changed to 1) still same. I checked all the connections same results. I am now thinking its the MFPC PWB. Is there any thing else that needs checked before i go and order a board. Appreciate any help. Sharp hotline was know help.

Did you clean the mirrors and lens unit? Have you checked wall voltage? Is the copy lamp coming on? If so is it getting proper voltage?
