    Looks interesting.

I guess if they can make flooring from bamboo, they can make paper from sugar cane.

Well you learn something every day!

      YouTube

I have never seen sugar cane paper in stores or on copier/ printer spec sheets.

The sugar cane paper is imported and distributed in North America from discarded sugar cane husks therefore it can be considered environmentally friendly.

Price seems to be about the same as regular bond paper but is hard to find a supply.

I think if you had to make a service claim against your copier/ printer provider for parts, etc they would say it is not a Recommended paper and the risk is on you for premature wear.

The box says made in Argentina. Maybe somebody from South America will answer your question.

The key spec is that the Sugar cane paper must be Acid free and non-glossy which it is on both counts.

I think in North America where tress are still abundant we are biased in our attitude that paper must be made from wood pulp.

In most tropical climates, sugar cane paper makes more sense.

If you spoon some paper dust into your tea, is it sweeter? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
