Most likely the bearings in the fuser. Not a fun fuser to rebuild, lots of wiring to keep track of, but the bearings come with the new rollers in the rebuild kit. Make sure the separation mechanism is working well while you have it apart.

There is a one way gear that starts to slip. It moves a sensor flag to let the fuser know what position it is in since the flag never moves the fuser pops open and shut constantly. PITA plus when this starts happening the sensor flag normally winds up breaking. We stopped rebuilding these just for this reason. A lot of the parts get heat damaged and become very brittle. Replacing the fuser is your best and easiest option.

        Good luck
