[Error Code] SHARP AR-6020 Error E7,10 - Black Copy

AR-6020 seems to be a troublesome machine, series of errors now and then.

E7,10 Error shows, check and cleaned everything, error persisted, then after SIM-14, Errors clears, machine takes forever to be ready on its own, but if forced to be ready, Machine copy complete BLACK.


Anyone experience this before? I need help. What can I do?

Description: Shading problems (black correction). The scan level of the CCD black is abnormal during shading.
Causes: Incorrect connection of the flat cable of the CCD unit. Fault of the CCD unit. Fault of the MCB PWB.
Solution: Check the flat cable connection of the CCD unit. Check the CCD unit

all black copy, did you also print from pc or internal test?
