AL-2030 - light copies

This machine is new - 7 months and 6,000 copies. Copies are progressively light - no solids and an entire copy is way too light. We tried OEM and aftermarket toners and drums, cleaned Transfer Corona Wire, glass but even 46-1 doesn't help. The copier is installed at the office of the car repair garage but the office is separated. Before this machine they had Xerox XD-125F - which is based on the same engine - but nothing of the sort happened. All ideas - right or wrong - are welcome. Please help. Thanks a million in advance.

Vlad, on all these machines I always set 46-19 sub 1 to 1. In our market the factory setting is 2 which is toner save mode. 1 changes it to image priority mode. Solids look much better.
As far as your problem, are self prints dark out of 64-1 ? If they're light move backwards, if the image is dark on the drum it's transfer. If it's not dark on the drum then it's probably drum ground, DV or laser issue.

You see, I sold and serviced a lot of ALs and XDs in the past 12 years, from the time they came out till they went out of production but I have never seen this one.
An image is light already on the drum. I'll try your recommendations. Thanks again.

AL-2030 - light copies

Can anyone tell me how to go about assigning these values to the copier? I don't have a service manual for the AL-2030.
