I have been to a pay as you go customer today who bought a machine at auction to set it up for them, all ok no problems apart from when they send a scan to email the recipient receives the email but it says ' email from another company' not their company if that makes sense, i think whoevers et it up before entered this somewhere in the set up but I couldnt find where? Its a MX2614, i know I could do a reset of data but its all set up now and working and there must be a setting somewhere i have missed which has the old company name on it??

Browse to web page and login as admin
- Top page....second item in main portion of window.......change NAME to what you want.
- Then go to NETWORK>>>>SERVICES>>>SMTP, make any needed changes there
- Then go to APPLICATION SETTINGS>>>NETWORK SCANNER SETTINGS>>>ADMIN SETTINGS, make any need changes there
