i 'm having problem with one of these sharp ar 5127 machines. the subject machine give an error message during operation / Nett.pass.pap/ and the 2 cover in the controle pannel are open.

better explained, in copier or print mode? However, check if the paper type and size match that of the trays, the bypass tray and the PC / driver settings.
