Go to another machine (MX 5141) model doesn't matter. Go to Storage backup. Choose User Register Information. Create backup. Go to the MX 5070, type IP address. Go to (IP address /service_login.HTML), Password is service. Go to device Cloning. Send the backup you made to the machine and the password will be reset.
In the new models, they have removed this option, do you know if there is any option in BP-70C31?
We get many used Sharps where both the admin & service passwords have been changed, so the mentioned procedure isn't going to work. You can always create a ticket w/ tech support - you provide the Reset Key, and within 24 hours you should receive the product key to reset the password.
