Hello,we have one machine in particular that has this problem constantly. We have replaced entire fuser couple times. Put the mod cleaning roller kit in. Did the fuser temp settings per the offsetting bulliten. It mainly wraps on color when duplexing. I have adjusted the blank boarders wider. I recently saw a post on here about there being a mod lower separation plate for these fusers. I can not find this post again for the life of me. If someone knows about this and can direct me to the post I would appreciate it.
