Cleaning the contacts for the fuser unit.
Oxidation on the contacts for the fixing unit.

There is a cleaning tool from Sharp ( for free ) to solve the problem.

Hello,

I have been getting a lot of various H error codes on the MXM models. H2-00, H3-00, H5-01, and the like. Firmware is up to date, and the newest firmware specifically mentions an update to the PCU for false H error codes on the Fuser. This has occurred for me on about 5 machines.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? Does anyone know if there is some type of fix?
