Swapped cyan and blk drum same, no change.
Dev mag brush looks even (not tiger striping)

I'm leaning towards Main Charge Receptacle but wanted your thoughts on this old box

    Thanks!

Pull the IT belt out and remove the belt. Look at the FTR (first transfer rollers). If memory serves correctly, these PM kits came with the four rolls under the belt. Ensure the rear wall and belt contacts are free of toner. Also make sure LSU glass are clean and shutter is working.

Run a black skyshot and stop the copier during this process.

Are the light areas showing on the drum?

If not are they showing on the transfer?

If not that leaves the second transfer.

You can swap the black drum unit with one of the color ones and see if the problem moves to the color you swapped it with.

Remove laser, there is a solenoid in the laser cavity that operates the shutter that gets covered in toner. Either leave the shutter off or remove and clean the solenoid

Try the clutches on the main drive that lift the T1 rollers.

Thank you, yes I did swap the drums and the problem did not follow the black drum. Thanks.

We had another copier to swap out the whole laser unit and the problem was still there.

It ended up being the whole Primary Transfer Assembly that fixed the issue, thanks!
