    [Dead] sharp mx2640n please wait

    Could use some help. Got to customer and machine say please wait. Got it to office. Got new sd card but cant down load firmware. And also have new harddrive and with old sd card machine says initializing. I think im running in circles. Thanks

      I apologize but need some clarification here.......

      New sd card.....from Sharp? or did you clone a known good card?

      Can't download firmware?? Have you tried emergency firmware procedure?

          Firmware is loaded on with usb stick where are you getting firmware from sharp
