      Are they mistaking power save for the machine shutting down? I get that a lot clients complain the machine is off when it is simply in power save mode.

          I have seen this happen with compatible toner. Pull the toners out of the machine and see if the machine stays on. If so install the toners one by one until you find the defective toner.

              Sometimes a corrupt print job can cause machine to keep cycling on and off, try disconnecting network cable and see if that corrects issue
