Thank's PHIL! Should have said Printer Settings instead of Copy Function Settings. Edited my previous post.

Printing using a multitude of drivers. All results are nearly identical

    Drivers Acquired from Sharp Website

    WSD
    PCL6
    PPD
    PS

Corrrect me if I am wrong but wouldnt printing from the Sharps internal FTP (drag and drop file directly to sharp) eliminate the trouble shooting from the software side as well?

That is partially why i did not address the print driver

Here are outputs from just a copy on the glass, as well as scanned in and printed from windows image viewer as well as printed by dropping the file directly into printer ftp directory

The scanned image looks good on pc
still waiting on WHAT DRIVER you are using?

Try printing out internal test charts.
If the print quality is fine, then this could be a software issue. I would recommend you go ahead and do a clean install of the printer software.
