[CQ] How to program Capri MFP PRG u500c1

hi to all , i am newbie in here and before i didn't program any of sharp copy printer device , anyone can help me ?
i have a sd card with name Capri MFP_PRG u500c1 that when i put it on my device not working but when i insert another sd card with this name device boot without any problem . i want to know how can i program that sd card or copy correct SD card to wrong SD Card ? i check some of post and see HDD raw disk but both of sd card are unallocated in my windows ! i must use specified device or operating system to get backup from my sdcard ?
please help me . i have many sharp device with this problem and i can not fix that , my sdcard is 8 gb

Take your good sd card and plug it into your computer. X out of whatever windows tells you to do. Open raw copy and copy the card. Now put your blank card into your computer and copy the file you saved to that card. Done.

i am doing what that you said , i hope this work , are you sure this is ok ? i ask this because my sharp devices is not here , i must test sd card tomorrow .
and another question is can i buy new sdcard with other brand like samsung or kingston brand or i must buy specified sdcard ?

We use sandisk cards. Just have to make sure the card is the same size or larger.

hi again and sorry for ask many question
but when we want to save image file there are two option : 1- Image Compress"imgc file" 2- raw image "dd file"
i save image as imgc file , that is true or i must save as dd file ?

and also when i clone my backup to new sdcard and get a backup from new sdcard that was a little bit less than first backup file
my first backup file was 279,884KB but second backup from new sdcard is 279,876 KB
is that make problem for me ?
