    H2 is a thermistor problem, but I have not seen a sub -02 code for this model.

      The manual lists H2-00 and H2-01 both thermistors HL1 and HL2 open, there is no 02 sub-code. Did you power the machine with the fuser out? If so this needs to be reset with sim 14.

          Check to see that the toner sensor is working sim (25-1). I have had this problem turn out to be toner motor/ Main PWB related.
