SIM 67-17 to dump print and NIC settings.
Use a TCP/IP and configure the port to use LPR (default is RAW)
Also, in the webpage, there is a "drag and drop" option to print direct to machine via webpage...does this render the print job?
What does the job log say , any errors?

Yep, printed it just fine. Copied a PDF to the thumb drive, printed perfectly.

Well THAT was interesting. Set it to LPR and RAW it did the same thing.
Yes, in the web page access, there IS a print from the webpage. I submitted a 354k PDF.
It took it...the status at the bottom of the screen said "waiting for (IP address). Then the
I don't know what webpage you were looking for, but it's gone now message showed up.
Tried to go back to it, but it was gone. Went to the machine to check the job status, the
entire machine was LOCKED up, no response from the touch panel. Had to reboot the
machine with the hard on/off inside the front door to get the machine back up.
          Can anyone say FUBAR?

Printed out a network config page...
            Shows 100Base-T Duplex: Full
            Status Print: Yes
TCP/IP status enabled, DHCP disabled (I'm using static)
            Ip, sub, gateway all ok
            Netware disabled
            Netbios disabled.

Try turning on DHCP and let it pick an IP and use that and see if it will print. You can always turn it back off later

If the machine is locking up like that, it could be the MFPC PWB or even the SD card. The SD is usually related to a boot issue, but anything seems to be possible with this machine. Except for printing, of course

I'm kind of zeroed in on that board as well. The Toshiba machines have integrated Nic/system boards, which is what this one
appears to be. Not to mention, in my parts book, it appears that the part number has changed a couple times.
That is either a manufacturing/production change, or and UPDATE change.
I always tell my guys if a board is bad, it usually happens within 30 days or so. Unless they get a voltage hit from the line
It usually isn't a board issue. I try to talk myself out of changing a board because over the years they've just gotten so
stable, that after "a break in period" they usually just don't go bad.

Have you reset this machine back to factory default?

                    Is Account control turned on????

sorry if any of this has been covered before.....

will machine print an internal print, sim 64-4?

I know you said it prints from USB, but will it print from HDD. Store doc on machine via Doc Storage, will a stored doc print directly from HDD?

Sounds like a read/write problem for the print memory. You can go into SIM mode and perform a read/write test for the various memory and the HDD.

Yeah, noticed that when I was in there the other day looking for things. HDD & Memory all passed.
I'm 99% sure the MFPC board is the issue. I'm just waiting on feedback from Toshiba before I order
                            a replacement at this point.

Go to the machine screen. There used to be a setting on the old MXM850 Hercules 1 that would disable printing, and turns off if you did a factory reset. I don't know specifically where but if you go to the machine and check under printer/nic settings, it was literally a tickbox that you had to check in order to get it to print. I don't have one here to check, but it is worth taking a look through the menus. The menu wasn't there on web browser, only on the screen.
