SHARP MX-M363 Copy Count was reset by new tech and need to fix it.

I had a new tech accidently reset the copy count with sim 24-06 and now when I request meter counts from my customers they are not right. When holding down the copy button it only shows the reset value rather then the total count. A long time ago I was able to access the 88 Sim but I cant find the procedure to get in the 88 sim. Does anyone have this somewhere so i can resolve my issue.

By the way you still can access the actual meter reading in Sim 22-01 ( or print the sim 22-06 )

Hi on all machines for about the last 10 years you cannot set the counters once they have been reset.
