Hello, all! We've recently noticed a correlation between customers that run envelopes, and fuser belts that have shredded or needed replaced. As of the last few months, we have been checking every fuser and adjusting the meandering, thinking that might help something... But I'm not sure it is. Anyone else having issues with these fusers? Seems like fusers are the weakest point of Sharp machines.

We have one customer doing large A6 printing, now on its forth fuser belt.
Make sure the firmware is 03.10.Q1 or later, it does mention a fix for small size printing issues with the fuser belt.
The following tech doc is from before that firmware version.
