MX-B355W - Scan to One Drive

I have a customer that is trying to scan to One Drive. He has active directory and a card reader. The card reader is working, because he can login, but he then needs to log in for the One Drive which fails. Has anyone dealt with MX-B355W scanning to the One drive and is there something I am missing?

He has set this up on MX-3071 type machines and they work fine. The web interface between the 2 types of machines does not have all the same sub categories between the 2 types of copiers, so I am not sure if we are missing something.

Hi.. I'm pretty sure the device will need an expansion kit for One drive to work.. The Mx3071 will have that as standard

Thanks for the info. The only thing I think it could be is the MX-AMX1, but I am not sure. I will look into it.

Hi, you also need a firmware update version 4.02 or higher.
